Meet Your MOVATI Yoga Instructors

At the heart of the hOMe Retreat are MOVATI’s passionate and experienced instructors, each bringing their unique approach to guiding students on their journey of movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

Kasia – MOVATI Yoga Lead

Kasia has been with MOVATI since 2019 and teaches all yoga formats, including Anti Gravity classes. A certified Reformer Pilates instructor, Kasia’s journey began as a competitive Ballroom and Latin dancer for over 15 years.

With more than 25 years of yoga experience, her teaching style blends breath, alignment, strength, and fluid movement. She’s passionate about helping students heal and grow — physically and spiritually — while inspiring them to move with joy and gratitude.

Beyond the mat, Kasia is an esthetician and makeup artist who loves Latin music, dancing, nature, and spending time with her two teenagers, family, and close friends.

Ron – Yoga Instructor

With over a decade of teaching experience, Ron creates unique yoga Retreat experiences that inspire students to challenge themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually. A certified yoga instructor and Usui Reiki practitioner, Ron’s classes are designed to help students connect deeply with themselves, fostering growth and transformation.

Rachel – Yoga Instructor

Rachel has dedicated over a decade to the practice, study, and teaching of yoga, cultivating a deepunderstanding of its philosophy, movement, and transformative power. Her approach is rooted in the time-honored traditions of yoga masters like T. Krishnamacharya, as well as the principles of Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga, blending elements from these renowned lineages into a unique and thoughtful practice.

As a seasoned teacher, Rachel has led countless classes, workshops, and teacher training programs, each designed to inspire, challenge, and support students on their individual yoga journeys. She has a natural ability to teach, bringing clarity and insight into every class, where creative, intelligent sequencing meets anatomical precision. Rachel’s teaching style makes yoga accessible to practitioners of all levels, whether they are newcomers or experienced yogis, while always emphasizing mindfulness
and alignment.

In addition to her regular teaching, Rachel hosts inspiring and accessible one-day events that offer students an immersive yoga experience. These events are designed to deepen practice, cultivate
connection, and empower participants with tools to enhance their yoga journey, both physically and mentally.

With a contagious passion for yoga, Rachel creates an environment that encourages personal growth, healing, and a deeper connection to both body and mind. Her classes invite you to explore beyond your perceived limitations, allowing you to experience the joy of yoga while cultivating strength, flexibility, and balance. Above all, Rachel’s goal is to empower her students, guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilling life both on and off the mat.

Rachel is also honored to be a Lululemon Ambassador, where she actively supports her community, creating a strong bond with fellow practitioners and promoting wellness and mindful living.

Marta – Yoga Instructor

Marta has over 10 years of experience guiding students through Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Her nurturing, inclusive classes welcome students of all levels.

As a Reiki Master, Certified Sound Healer, and Breathwork Facilitator, Marta leads transformative workshops and Retreats that foster deep healing and self-discovery. Her approach empowers individuals to reconnect with themselves and embrace peace, purpose, and transformation.

Erin – MOVATI Yoga Instructor

With a candid, down-to-earth teaching style, Erin believes yoga is for everybody and every body. Her classes are inclusive, accessible, and always fun.

Outside of teaching, she enjoys gardening, entertaining, and spending time with family (including a beloved 2-year-old pup). She also has a soft spot for Toronto’s sports teams — even through playoff heartbreaks.

Amelia – Yoga Instructor

With over 15 years of teaching experience, Amelia’s approach blends tradition with innovation. Her thoughtful sequencing and clear instruction create a supportive space for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Her deep respect for yoga’s roots and continuous learning make her classes both grounding and transformative. Whether it’s a student’s first downward dog or a seasoned practice, Amelia guides with presence, care, and authenticity.
